The New Spring Plungers, 2470.30. are used as an ejectors, and damper pins as well as fixing and retaining pins in many sectors of the tool-, jig- and fixture-making industries. The newly designed spring bolt made of high-performance plastic with additives even allows loads up to an incline of 25°. The built-in cushioning reduces the kinetic energy on the spring pin and prevents the bolt head from tearing off at high speeds. A specially developed thread lock reliably prevents loosening, even with strong vibrations in the tool.

The Spring Plungers, 2470.30. are maintenance-free and available in stroke lengths of 10, 15, 20 and 30mm. The dimensions and spring forces correspond to the previous version 2470.20. and conform to VDI 3004
